The VIPERESS⢠Wukout Plan is a 12-week carnival workout program designed to help build curves, tighten the waist, improve posture, and boost overall strengthâwithout extreme workouts or burnout.
This plan is beginner-friendly and uses progressive overload, meaning the workouts slowly get more challenging over time through reps, resistance, and control. The goal is steady progress you can actually keep up with.
Youâll follow 4 workouts per week focused on glutes and legs, back strength, waist stability, and conditioning to help you feel confident, strong, and ready for the road.
The VIPERESS⢠Wukout Plan is available to everyone and is FREE for masqueraders registered with @tori.x.designs for Atlanta Carnival.
